In this completed scoping review, we systematically mapped human poisoning data such as case fatality rates and clinical severity indices to assess the real-world toxicity of pesticides. The findings highlight major gaps in existing classification systems that rely heavily on animal data, emphasizing the need for integrating human evidence into global hazard frameworks.
